I have over 25 years experience as a therapist. 

I worked privately in Musculoskeletal practice until 2003 when I studied Occupational Therapy at Coventry University earning a First Classification Bachelor of Sciences Degree with Honours.

In 2007 I moved to Cheshire to work as an NHS Occupational Therapist on hospital wards such as Orthopaedics, Medical, Stroke, Intermediate Care, Rehabilitation, Outpatients in Hand Therapy and with the Chronic Pain Team and in patients homes and care homes with the Community Rehabilitation Team.

I began using Shockwave Therapy privately in Warwick and Solihull in 2016 and was amazed at how effective it is. I then brought the service local to my home in Cheshire.

I also work with Midlands Shockwave Clinic.

Over the years I have enjoyed studying and practicing a variety of different functional movement, posture, joint motions and manual therapies and became a Certified Running Technique Practitioner.

I work part time in the NHS with the Community Care Team.
